While You're here you're staying in a real Berlin apartment, in a building that's lived through a lot. We want you to feel •

No pets • No parties, loud music, or events. The building's old, and the walls carry sound (and stories). • No smoking indoors or on balconies. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard. • Be kind to the neighbors. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Berliners value their peace. • Only registered guests are allowed. No extra visitors — not even for a short stay. It keeps things safe and quiet for everyone. • Please treat the space with care.
